Music & Movement

Singing, movement & playing instruments helps foster children’s natural sense of wonder. This class utilizes various sound-making toys, sensory objects, games and movements all accompanied with instructor-led song and dance to ease the young ones into a new socialization experience where they meet new friends and adults, and explore our fun and safe environment!

Move & Tumble

A class designed to enrich children through movement, socialization, exploration, games and much more. For children ages 19 months to 3 years, this is a parent/child experience where the instructor(s) and parent(s) work together to engage with the children as we introduce different objects, movement and motor skills and the safe utilization of gymnastics equipment. For ages 3y to 4y, parent involvement becomes optional as we begin introducing more independence and structure to the class all while having FUN.

Ninja Fitness

This class breaks the mold of traditional gymnastics skills and incorporates more of an emphasis on general fitness, martial arts-style mobility and safety techniques, and obstacle courses. Children will enhance their overall fitness, agility and coordination while learning to be safe and having FUN!
